Endogap – Surgical Patient Education Hip/Knee
In Germany, more than 450,000 patients undergo hip and knee arthroplasty surgeries each year. For these joints to last a lifetime, patients must be involved in their therapy from the outset. This can only be achieved through thorough education. Therefore, animated patient education videos were developed at the initiative of endogap in Garmisch-Partenkirchen to improve patient understanding. This provides patients with ‘Google-free’, evidence-based information 24/7.
