360-degree video animation for Nutrition Days 2019
The Bavarian Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Forestry maintains a centre of excellence for nutrition called KErn. Since nutrition is not only about quality but also about how it is processed by the body, KErn covers a wide range of topics from nutrition to regular physical exercise. There is a lot of talk and writing about this. However, statistics show that this topic does not seem to have fallen on fertile ground among the public in this way so far.
KErn has recognised this and is taking a progressive, contemporary approach to its upcoming events, such as the “Nutrition Days”. Together with CAT PRODUCTION GmbH from Munich, it has created a digital, interactive 360-degree journey to the most important organs of the body. Short and sweet, but with lots of visual impressions, VR glasses and an app make it easy to understand the benefits of getting out of breath every now and then.
If you don’t have your own VR headset at home, you can also upgrade your mobile phone to a VR device with little effort. An option in the app, in combination with Google Cardboard, makes it possible to view your organs from a completely different perspective.
